Plan B just released their third album and first full length.   Backside Grind  
features Elisabeth Perle from Paris, France singing.  All the percussion on the song except  
for the kick drum were created using samples of skateboarders from a Seattle skate team  
called Manik Skateboards.  James wrote, played the instruments and produced the song.
